You can register by mail.
Step 1: Download the Registration Membership Form here.
Step 2: Make sure that you sign the form in BLUE or RED pen.
Step 3: If you are a NEW player to Sierra Soccer, please provide a photo copy of a valid birth certificate.
Step 4: Please include a good quality 1" x 1" photo of the player with player's name on back. Players may not wear a hat, sunglasses or making hand gestures in the photo.
Step 5: Registration fee; make checks payable to Sierra Soccer Club. (Please see below for fee structure.)
Step 6: Recreational Uniform Order Form & payment, if needed.
Step 7: Mail all completed items to:
